All-in-One iPad Platform for Retail Operations
We are building an all-in-one iPad solution for a retailer in the running footwear and apparel industry — unifying the guest experience and everything associates need into a single application. It is in use today and growing to fit the needs of their guests, associates, and leadership team.
For store associates, the platform replaces a stack of disconnected tools with one: training and onboarding, product knowledge, support tickets, task management, and real-time inventory — all on a single iPad, so the floor team has everything in one place.
For guests, it elevates the in-store experience, putting product information, fit guidance, and live availability at associates’ fingertips so every interaction is faster, better informed, and more personal.
The solution is in use today and growing continuously to meet the evolving needs of the retailer’s guests, its associates, and its leadership team, with new capabilities added as the operation scales.
